The grindhouse version is 50 seconds shorter than the remastered version on the disc. Should we also cry foul because it's obviously missing footage not in the other version?"
Well said! Some genre fans are still so butthurt over the Video Nasties thing they'd rather films were released uncut to the point of every single last frame that was shot being included in the finished film, whether that was the original intention or not. It's so tedious

Half of those who use social media as a way of getting their worthless views across probably weren't even born when the nasties trouble happened.

I also received one today and it is bad because I have fixed the existing slipcase. It wasn't a problem with the glue, just the way the sides were together, meaning air was preventing the meeting properly and sliding apart. I haven't needed to add any new adhesive and it's been fine since.

It will appeal to the action film fans as well as the 88 collectors. A famous film with a huge star. How many of those have 88 released?
I hadn't thought of it that way – good point.

I noticed that my Burial Ground slip had come apart, so I used a few dabs of superglue (i know!), and it worked a treat.

Totally the wrong attitude.

This means you actually did something proactive that meant moving away from social media, you're an absolute nut case do you know that?

Surely it would have been easier to send 88 two hundred tweets bitching about it.

If I'm going to bitch about anything, it'll be the placement of Chuck's name and no tagline on the reverse of Invasion U.S.A.
