Possibly not but it's good that 88 either by themselves or with Calums intervention have picked this up for a UK release. I've held off buying the Grindhouse edition after spotting I Drink your Blood on the coffee table in an 88 Facebook photo. Will it be a standalone release of tucked into the Slasher Classics line-up though?

Calum has confirmed on FB that 88Films have a further 10 films in the 88 Asia range lined up, starting with the Danny Lee film 'The Oily Maniac'

This has already been released by 88Films

Are they going the way of Arrow Films, and just re-releasing things that we already have?

A lot of arrow films were released on DVD and then re-released on blu-ray!

Anyway, the official announcement...

"July Lineup Announcement #1 - 10/07/17

David DeCoteau's Creepozoids starring Linnea Quigley remastered in HD from the negative.

This will have a lovely glossy O-card by the way.....

Your flesh will crawl right off your bones! World War III has turned the world into a smoking cinder. The year is 1998, six years after the nuclear apocalypse, and the fallout continues to plague survivors with periodic bouts of highly toxic acid rain. A group of army deserters take refuge in a seemingly abandoned laboratory complex.

They soon discover that the lab was once a top-secret government research centre gone awry. Still lurking in its corridors, a hideous genetically engineered monster emerges and a mysterious substance transforms one of them into another deadly creature!

Now trapped, the four survivors must destroy the blood-thirsty beast...or die in its dripping jaws."

I'm completely okay with that type of 're-release' as I don't really buy DVDs anymore outside of certain TV shows.

Not that I'll be buying Creepozoids anyway, irrelevant of what format it is on!

The Oily Maniac is the only one that interests me from that line-up, as it's a film I've been wanting to check out for some time now.

Outside of Ghost Asylum (which looks utter bollocks) and the aforementioned Creepozoids, I own all the others on Blu-ray already.

I think that's an excellent selection of titles from across the range and different collections. It is strange to see Hide and Go Shriek on the list, because I ordered it directly from them and received it at the end of March!
