Humanoids from the Deep has been rated 18 by the BBFC, with the website confirming it's being released by 88 Films. There's some ratings info on the website, but I won't post it here because there are possible spoilers for those who haven't seen the film.

I'm guessing that the small missing sequence from the Warner '86 release is included this time given the description on the BBFC

I have to wonder if Forbidden World and Galaxy of Terror are also on 88's schedule if they're securing other recently remastered Scream Factory titles like Humanoids and 10 to Midnight.

Hope so!

They're all z grade classics!

Those two make Humanoids look like a Sergio Leone epic!

That would make sense.

I have the Shout! Factory Blu-ray releases of Humanoids, Forbidden World, and Galaxy of Terror and would either double dip or sell-and-replace if a Blu-ray release from 88 Films had new and better features.

Just out of interest would anyone like to see the Emma Samms Humanoids remake?

I didn't hate that unlike most people. Samms and Carradine had decent chemistry but it wasn't even close in the exploitation stakes to the original. As a tv movie it was pretty decent.
