Most reviews i've read say it's really poor with no horror, gore, t&a or any exploitative elements.

Despite all this i do like the cover art.

Edit - Just read Nos' two and a half star review on Letterboxd.
As I said at the end of my review, it's a mess, but an enjoyable mess. In some ways, it's a better way to spend your time than watching The Amityville Horror.

The Amityville Horror isn't something that's ever high on my to-watch list.

I have a box set with the first four films but I can't the last time I watched them – it wasn't in the decade anyway – and I keep finding other things to watch instead.

At the moment, it's a rewatch of the entire Line of Duty TV show.

I believe that the BBFC charges whether a title is given an uncut certificate, cuts are requested or even if the submission is rejected.

Fee tarifs

All costs exclude VAT.

Type of work (standard 7 day turnaround)

Theatrical (Features and trailers) - Client order fee: £110.64 + £7.71 per-minute fee
Video (Features, trailers and advertisements) - Client order fee: £83.66 + £6.68 per-minute fee
VOD (Watch & Rate for digital-only ratings) - Client order fee: £28.04 + £3.25 per-minute fee

Looking at their site, they charge for everything including theatrical fees, 'advice services' (including script advice!), Withdrawal Fees (Including cancellations and rescheduling), when 2D Content is an identical 3D version of something already classified, Modern Film Classification for films already classified, videos (including packaging and a Re-issue of age rating), video games and music videos

When u look at those costs u kinda understand why some companies send their films straight to vod and not bother with dvd.

Very true, Third Window Films want to put out the critically acclaimed Labyrinth of Cinema but have cited that due to it's running time (180 mins) it would just cost too much money to license, classify and manufacture. Classification alone is around £1300 and I'm guessing that's pre-VAT as well.

When you take into consideration a film like that 'might' sell 1000 copies it starts to make sense why they can't release it.

THE POSSESSION prequel-sequel is FAR superior.
