I do hope the features are actually in the disc though.

Even if they aren't, you still get a cool slipcase, the movie on Blu ray, and a trailer I think.

Received my region B Australian release of the Burning today and can confirm that the tom savini extra along with behind the scenes footage and trailer/still/poster galleries are included in the extras

Cannibal Holocaust available in Italy now. Says English spoken. Should be uncut. £20.00 delivered to the uk. So I bought one.
