That'll teach you to be stuck in the last century!

When it arrives and whenever I watch Warn that Man (it will go straight to the bottom of my 'to watch' list), I'll try and put my thoughts on here somewhere. I keep saying that, but hopefully I'll start doing it!

If anyone's interested i absolutely loved The Power Game. Tour de force performances from Patrick Wymark, Clifford Evans, Jack Watling and Barbara Murray.

The thing is, it's best if you've seen The Plane Makers before it.

Ha,ha!!!!

I'm currently looking at Sword of Freedom - A fifties action serial starring Edward Purdom and Adrienne Corri. I imagine it's similar in style to The Robert Shaw series The Buccaneers seeing as it's from a similar time and has the same number of episodes.

I watched The Buccaneers a few years ago and thought afterwards i'd get rid of it as i doubt i'd ever watch it again.

I ended up keeping it and have actually seen all 39 episodes twice now. It's very easy and comfortable viewing and i imagine Sword of Freedom is the same.

Plus it's only £6.

Then there's The Zoo Gang. That series sounds fascinating. Only £3

I know what you mean. I have various 2 for £25 HMV preorders dotted around the next few weeks.

It's just these prices are very low. It's not like a normal Network 40% off sale. It makes me think they might soon be disappearing, possibly for ever, i mean, who else is going to release stuff like this?
