Sidney Hayers is an unsung hero of gritty Brit cinema.
ASSAULT was superb as well,as close as the UK will ever have to the likes of TORSO.

REVENGE is his best, I reckon. I like ASSAULT a lot but it's a little toothless.

Not as gritty as Revenge,granted,but still a worthwhile Brit exploiter!

Network are releasing the Robert Powell series Hannay.

I haven't seen it but know it's a highly regarded swashbuckler.
