I've had all of my orders come through now, the problematic one was dispatched on Monday and arrived yesterday. I think that sometimes they use TNT instead of Royal Mail to post their parcels and that's where it ends up taking longer to arrive. HMV did that before they went into liquidation a few years ago and it would regularly take up to 10 days for parcels to arrive where it used to be next day when they used Royal Mail.

Don't know what the hell they're playing at. My second order of two dvds was dispatched on Monday and only one has just arrived. And the delivery note makes no mention of an item to follow.

 My little order arrived yesterday. I missed the cut off date, luckily they extended it. I wish I could order more, but it's been a very expensive month (Arrow and Criterion sales also). Decided to give the Hammer duo a go. If I enjoy them I'll pick up Hands Of The Ripper in their next sale. I picked up much more during the 40% off sale last month, when I got this lot (none of which I've actually gotten around to watch yet!):  I have quite a few Network releases now, must get around to sorting them together on a shelf. |

Great haul, Baka. I'd love to know your thoughts on Guilt is my Shadow when you've watched it. It's not a film i know so any info would be cool. Any raves or dislikes on these 'lost' films is definitely needed. |

Got an email back this afternoon going on about issues with their site causing delays. Doesn't even attempt to explain why I already recieved a dispatch notice and tells me to kindly wait the full 28 days. Says they will endeavour to dispatch my already dispatched goods within 7 to 14 days.

Everything has now turned up.  Even the ones that got 'lost' in their software slump that Saturday afternoon. |
