In this day and age it's time to reboot this thread with smaller independent companies who are efficient and provide the sort of customer service that the big corporate bastards don't give a shit about...... What's the actual issue with Zavvi? I used them a few years ago one December when i bought the complete series of Star Trek Deep Space 9, Star Trek Voyager and Xena Warrior Princess and had no problems whatsoever. The box sets arrived quickly. What annoys me is they seem to sell merch now rather than anything else and i haven't used them since. |
