Default Dead of Night DVD Company

Does anyone know any information about this company?

I cannot find any proof of there existence on the internet, as I was looking for a complete list of their films.

They are responsible for releasing some of the most obscure and Z-Grade nasties as well as generally forgettable films for such a low price.
You can almost always find a few of the companies films at your local market or the budget section of your local pawn shop, they have even slithered their way into HMV and Zavvi with an unreasonable ?7 price tag on Zombie Flesh Eaters and Zombie Holocaust.

My personal collection consists of - Zombie Flesh Eaters, Zombie Holocaust, Don't Panic, Oliver Twisted, Night of the Beast, Eric's Revenge, and Dr. Tarrs Torture Dungeon.

I think they are one of the older dvd labels rebranded dishing out the same old video master dvds with covers mimicking Vipco's Screamtime Collection.

The list seems to be
Alienator
Birds of Prey
Chopping Mall
Curse of Demon Mountain
Dark Power
Don't Panic
Dr Tarr's Torture Dungeon
Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals
Eric's Revenge
Kill Baby Kill
Massacre at Central High
Mausoleum
Night of the Beast
Offerings
Oliver Twisted
Popcorn
Silent Night Bloody Night
The Summer of the Massacre
Troll 2
Zombie Flesh Eaters
Zombie Holocaust

That's why I am a keen supporter of the company. You can often confuse the terrible prints for pirate copies. And the covers, I agree, are very much reminiscent of the highly stylish Vipco collection.

Although I did think that the special features on Zombie Holocaust were amazing, especially the deleted scenes, and international trailers. Even though it is an exact copy of the one released on Orbit Video.

And finally, thank you for the list siccoyote. Where did you get it from? I've been looking in vain for a complete list, so I can finish off my Dead of Night Collection.

I've never seen any boxsets? Although I never pay more than a ?1 for any of the films. Oh sometimes ?2 depending on the title.

That is one of the reasons why you can never find anything about the company. Every time you search for "Dead of Night Collection" you always end up with the film and other irrelevant media.

I've got two 'Dead Of Night' DVDS - Zombie Flesh Eaters and Zombie Holocaust, I was going to get their Chopping Mall, but I got a different companies one of it! I think they are pretty good - ok the transfers not upto Shameless standard, nor is the covers (the actual cover feels like its been printed from a home printer), but I kinda feel that this adds to the whole feel of the sleeziness of these films, if you know what I mean.
