The US Blu ray is pretty decent as it is and I also have the 3 hour TV version.
Some of the scenes from the extended cut appear on the US blu ray so might there be a chance of a restored wide screen 3 hour cut?

Never seen this. I was a bit disappointed with the remake (Cold Pursuit, 2019) and didn't bother getting the dvd of the original due to the quirkiness and lack of tension in said remake.

I have never seen it, checked out some reviews and alot say it's like Fargo meets Death Wish or Kill Bill with some black comedy in it.

You got a good point there Reaps, I got the dvd trilogy pack only cos it was cheaper to buy the pack than get the third instalment on it's own and hated the movie, nowhere as good as the first two.
