I've just been reading about Psycho a Go Go (Blood of Ghastly Horror) seriously 2.1 out of ten. That's rather damning.

I am getting the impression Al makes Ed Wood seem like Spielberg.

Well I prologise for being a fan of Ed Wood fan and Al Adamson,I obviously don't fit in with the majority of so called cult film fans on here.

Nothing wrong with Mr. Wood.

I do notice quite a few of Al's films are Filipino. This may surprise you but i love Eddie Romero's Filipino horror films - Brides of Blood, Mad Doctor of Blood Island etc and they sit proudly in my collection.

Are they connected to Adamson's films in any way? If so i may check those out.

Al's and Eddies films were all lumped together for the Cinema Club release on dvd,and there were classed as the blood island trilogy.

If we all liked the same stuff, it'd be pretty dull on here

I don't think I've ever seen any of Adamsons films, so I can't comment on their quality

As opposed to it being the lively hub of all things cult related it is now.

No one discusses anything anymore that isn't superheroes or Star Wars, barely anyone posts reviews, everyone seems happy to show what they buy but not to comment about them afterwards...
