It did, though it's unclear if they're a first pressing only kind of thing, but if you get the bluray and it doesn't have them you can take them from the DVD before you get rid of it

Thanks. I think i'd like it on blu after seeing what they did with The Fifth Element and Basic Instinct.

I'll give the still sealed dvd away as a Christmas present or birthday present to someone.

I'm not that keen on Masque of the Red Death but I'm still sorely tempted to get it for completion sake. Some of Studio Canals new restorations are beautiful. Carpenter's The Fog looks amazing.

Or perhaps she was just trying to flog a few copies of her recently released memoirs by pretending she was.
