I have this on dvd from StudioCanal. The fact i've only watched it once has kind of put me off getting this new restoration.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Three-Muske...=UTF8&qid=&sr=

A swashbuckling new 4K restoration of THE THREE MUSKETEERS from director Richard Lester (A Hard Day's Night, Help!) and featuring a stellar cast including Oliver Reed, Raquel Welch and Richard Chamberlain. In 17th Century Paris, young, naïve and energetic D’Artagnan leaves home to seek his fortune as a swordsman. He soon makes friends with the three musketeers: world-weary Athos, comically arrogant Porthos and chivalric Aramis. Their enemy is aristocratic schemer Cardinal Richelieu, who plots to prove the infidelity of the Queen to King Louis XIII to increase his own power.

Extras:

Neil Sinyard on The Three Musketeers
The Saga of the Musketeers Part 1
The Making of The Musketeers vintage EPK

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Four-Musket...=UTF8&qid=&sr=

One for all and all for one! A epic new 4K restoration of THE FOUR MUSKETEERS, the follow up to 1973 THE THREE MUSKETEERS, reuniting the same A-list cast. With D’Artagnan now officially enrolled in the king’s service, his army besieges the rebels at La Rochelle and Richelieu is determined to prevent any meddling by the English before the city falls. He dispatches Milady de Winter to London with orders to assassinate Buckingham if necessary. But she has a price — carte blanche to dispose of D’Artagnan and Bonacieux as she sees fit. Our heroes, in between dodging musket balls at La Rochelle, must once again outwit the Cardinal’s henchmen to save the day. But this time the stakes are higher. And tragedy is in the offing.

Extras:

Neil Sinyard on The Four Musketeers

The Saga of the Musketeers Part 2

^^^ Very entertaining movies.

I see they both have a '12' certificate, although 'Four' I seem to remember has a much darker tone?

Default We are excited to unveil our catalogue lineup for 2023.

StudioCanal's new trailer reel and 2023 preview.

Some pretty exciting releases hopefully coming during the next nine months.

Perhaps crazily i'm quite excited for Cutthroat Island.

Nice!
I've already picked up The Virgin Suicides in 4k which came out this week, got The City of Lost Children on pre-order which is out in a couple of weeks (the bluray looks awful!). Got excited as soon as I saw The Ice Storm pop up, that's a great film, looking forward to getting Delicatessen too which I guess is 4k... looks like i'll be buying The Wicker Man again

They do have a really fantastic back catalogue.

Manhunter is included prominently in the first part of the reel but not in the 'coming sood' section. It's surely due an upgrade?

Good to see Peeping Tom is still featured although it seems ages since it was last teased and still hasn't arrived.

Another Wicker Man release. Perhaps they found the full film which Chris Lee said was buried under a motorway construction? That would be amazing, but it's probably a UHD upgrde.

The Wicker Man looks great anyway on Blu. I won't be buying it again.

Unless of course they've got new sources for those additional scenes and they are now presented in HD in The Final Cut.

As soon as i saw a close up hand stroke the tiger i said....Manhunter to myself. Having just watched Hannibal again at the weekend that was very familiar.

Santa Claus the Movie would be pretty awesome if they could get it out before bloody Christmas.

I've never seen it. Could be a real treat. The Others would be pretty cool as well.

U-571 and Cross of iron are certainties for my collection. I almost bought Cross of Iron last week. Might as well wait for the 4K upgrade now.

@Rob - Peeping Tom is on the coming soon list.
