yeah, Warner don't licence out and i think what they have released on blu is only available in US.

I've got Dracula Has Risen From the Grave and Taste the Blood of Dracula from Warner in France, they are quite clearly direct ports of the American discs, can be had cheaply, got both for something like €7 a few months back, in a double pack!

THE SATANIC RITES OF DRACULA is top of my Hammer blu ray wish list. Who owns the rights to this one and why has it not had a bd release?

I think Warner have the rights to that one as well.
Would be great in a box set with AD.
