Love the idea of that. Is it basically Clint Walker mowing folk down with a bulldozer?

As far as I remember (it's been along time) It's Walker fighting an evil bulldozer, think The Car (which I love and Duel which I love more).. Frankie reviewed it awhile ago...

A bulldozer is possessed by an alien entity and chases construction men around an island for about 70 minutes. Even though it only travels 6 mph approx the construction men continually fail to get out of its way!

A classic TV movie and a must buy...

'Lucky Luciano' (1973)

Release date: September 28

"Director Francesco Rosi and star Gian Maria Volontè (Many Wars Ago, The Mattei Affair, Christ Stopped at Eboli) paint a brilliant, epic portrait of notorious Mafia boss Charles “Lucky” Luciano.

In 1946, after serving time for the murder of his colleagues in crime, Luciano was pardoned and sent back to his homeland of Sicilia. Rather than changing his life around, it was here that he became one of the most powerful leaders of crime the world has ever known.

Shot in docudrama style by cinematographer Pasqualino De Santis (Death in Venice), Lucky Luciano is a riveting “film-dossier” on the thin line between legal and illegal powers. Quietly menacing in the title role, Volontè heads a cast featuring Rod Steiger (A Fistful of Dynamite), Edmond O’Brien (The Hitch-Hiker), Vincent Gardenia (The Front Page), Charles Cioffi (Klute), Larry Gates (In the Heat of the Night) and Luciano’s real-life nemesis, narcotics agent Charles Siragusa, as himself."

Special features and specs:
  • 4K Restoration from the Original Camera Negative
  • NEW Audio Commentary by Film Critic and Author Simon Abrams
  • Trailers
  • In English and Italian with Optional English Subtitles
  • Color
  • 105 Minutes
  • 1.85:1
  • Rated R

Coming to Blu-ray September 28th from Kino Classics and Universal Pictures!

The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923)
Directed by Wallace Worsley
Starring Lon Chaney

The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923) is a million-dollar super-production of Victor Hugo’s famous novel, presented in a 4K restoration by Universal Pictures. This epic adaptation recreated the Paris of 1482 complete with its own Notre Dame, and it established Lon Chaney as a monstrously sympathetic superstar. Chaney stars as Quasimodo, the mocked and vilified bell-ringer of Notre Dame who selflessly protects the star-crossed street performer Esmerelda (Patsy Ruth Miller), who is in an ill-fated love affair with the dashing Captain Phoebus (Norman Kerry). Chaney created the legendary makeup himself, and gave a performance of enormous sensitivity and pathos, launching him into Hollywood immortality.

Special Features:

*Audio commentary by film critic Farran Smith Nehme
*Booklet essay by film historian Michael A. Blake
*"Life in Hollywood" newsreel
*Lon Chaney home movie footage
*Music by Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum & Laura Karpman
*Slideshow of production correspondence
*Slideshow of production stills
