Apparently the reason Ward Baker never used the shot was that Grimsdyke threatened to return from the grave and rip their hearts out for copyright infringement.

To tell you the truth all those Amicus anthologies blend into one with me. I'm not as familiar with them as many are. i know one or two are excellent but always tend to opt for a full length film when it comes to deciding what to watch.

Classics all those Amicus anthologies.
Torture Garden is the weakest.

Funnily enough that was the last one i watched and i enjoyed it more than previous times.

I bought it at the turn of the century and hated it but picked it up again last year, mainly because of my love for British films of the period.

I think i'd plump for that or Tales from the Crypt (The one with the murderous Santa that goes after Joan Collins. Is that the right one?) as my fave.

As i say, they do blend into one with me.

I really rate Torture Garden.

Tales from the Crypt and Vault of Horror alternate as my favourite from Amicus.
