VS are a label so not the rights owner. They'll only hold the US license for distribution in that territory.

101 and Indicator are UK companies so will go directly to the rights holder to get a license for the UK.

Some complaints out there that this is a disappointing Hammer release because of the low profile titles. But I'd say this is really positive as they are the Universal owned titles previously released by Final Cut, often with dodgy aspect ratios and limited extras which means we can look forward to having the following upgraded:
