I just received the "Robin Hood at Hammer" set and I'm so excited about it. The transfer on "Sword of Sherwod Forest" is light-years ahead of my 2009 DVD from Sony, and I had never even watched "A Challenge for Robin Hood!". All the extras are excellent (Powerhouse spoils us, really!) and will take me some time to enjoy all of them. Congratulations yet again!

Agreed it is an excellent set. I watched Sword of Sherwood Forest earlier this week and loved it. Then watched it the day after with the commentary followed by some of the other extras.

The poster is quality as well.

I watched it last night as well, the picture quality is really lovely! I always appreciate the effort that go into the extras and the interview with Jonathan Rigby was especially good and an interesting insight into Hammer during 1960.

Jonathan Rigby is always interesting to listen to, not just because of his knowledge of all things Hammer, but also because he has a great voice!

LOL

It was also a little sad to watch the interview (Play it Again Sam, I think) with Greene from 1981, with him enthusiastic about new projects and such, and then learn that he passed away just 4 years later.

I reckon it's those grey chest hairs that his shirt struggles to conceal.

But aside from your perversions he's a very engaging interviewee and also a damn good writer who really knows his stuff.

I love his three 'Gothic' books.
