Don’t think i’ll be getting anymore of these. The outer box is really flimsy and after getting 2 of them the novelty has worn off (plus I don’t have the space lol)

That and the fact that they’ve kinda missed the point of these. Instead of the familiar UK art for Trading Places, they’ve just slapped the art from the US vhs release on there, the same as they did with 48hrs.

given their relationship with Universal i'd not be surprised if Arrow releases a Thing-like LE of An American Werewolf in London - surely just a matter of time?

I remember standing in line to see this at the cinema when it was first released, and thinking: "Why didn't they flip the picture so that John Travolta's name is on top of his picture and Olivia Newton-John's name is on top of her picture"!

I've only got The Thing and whilst i like it, you're definitely correct regarding packaging flaws and also space problems.

They are just a novelty.

Agree on all points - they’re as flimsy as f— and they should have original artwork if they’re going to chase the retro quid - I still think the CIC pre-very covers would have been the best bet - I Beverly liked those stripy covers.
