Miss it!

I worked in rental too - was a counter jockey from 1991 until getting promoted to field management - I left in 2003 to work for an online rental startup - not long before the industry imploded.

I was a blockbuster till monkey/Duty manager for 10 years between 2003 and 2013 then got made redundant when BB laughed at Netflix when they offered to join together. Loved my job in Blockbuster, I used to film the back catalogue sections with classics and cult films.

But back to the Premium collection. I want Beverly Hills Cop on BD with the original artwork. It's one of the only reasons I haven't picked up the current BD or the trilogy.

The Golden Child too would be a blessing.

I'd like to see also...

Explorers
D.A.R.Y.L
Grease 2 (I know you can get in the Grease boxset but a special edition would be nice)
Testament
Clue (With original artwork)
Fire In The Sky

Which rental shop did you work at. I stayed at the one in Woking until 1987, before we headed down to Cornwall in 1988.

Explorers with the original artwork which was on the VHS rental/retail tape would be rather nice. Instead, Paramount released the bloody DVD in the UK with a really tacky cover. I would be surprised if Grease 2 got the Premium nod. Fire in the Sky, Clue and possibly D.A.R.Y.L could all be potential contenders though.

I worked for Apollo Video. Started in the Merton High Street branch when I was at school, ran the Putney shop as a manager before becoming Area manager for South London.

I moved to Devon in 2011 - so we have a West Country connection on common too!

How the hell John Derek got that film off the ground is anyone's guess. It's an ok film. Still like Greystoke though, minus Mrs. Perky tits.
