It's definitely a sticker on the box set, and I'm 95% sure it is on the BD meaning if it is it will be on the DVD too, I can't be 100% sure though.

Where have you seen that image, the one I've seen on Zavvi/Amazon/HMV is different?

Unless it's a slipcase and the image you posted is underneath on the actual set

Also, each set is still 29.99 on Amazon, 24.99 on Zavvi at the time or writing

That's the Box Set, what Dem posted is the stand-alone version. All the other films in the Mummy Box Set have single disc versions with similar covers.
