It does look fantastic with the Venice setting, but I just don’t get the love for it, add Rosemary’s Baby to that list too
I agree about Rosemary's Baby.

Not seen Don't Look Now in years. I did enjoy it all the times i've seen it but it's not very memorable other than the finale and the shagging scene.

Always preferred The Blood Stained Shadow as far as Venice set thrillers go.

I’ve tried with both films a few times and just can’t get the love, I haven’t seen The Blood Stained Shadow, didn’t realise it was set in Venice

i'll come to their defence. both totally brilliant, but then I love slow burn movies, so each to their own.

Everyone to their own.

RB and DLN both classics.

The only boring thing about Don't Look Now is the shite artwork shown above.

BIG labels really need to get their act together.
The wee indies put them to shame.
Rik and Rob4 like this.

The only good news is that the SC set is one of those nice boxsets ala Carpenter's films/The Man Who Fell To Earth!

It's a ****ing awful cover but it'll be worth it for bumpf and the UHD - I've ordered this and The Doors - already have Apocalypse Now coming from the US of A.

I’m hoping the Doors has a standard edition without the UHD disc like Apocalypse Now, I’m not paying £30 for a disc I’ll never watch, can’t seem to find one listed anywhere

I guess it depends if you're after the other stuff in the set - if I didn't have a UHD player I think I'd still go for it as I love the film. I'm sure the final cut will get a solo BD outing once the Ltd Ed is sold out.
