With some horror i'm not convinced being absolutely pristine always works. Take for example The Slayer. I've kept my VIPCO dvd as the occasional strange lines down the picture actually add to the eeriness of the film. The Arrow blu may look lovely but it's a very sterile viewing experience i think. I was really disappointed when i saw the very clean print on dvd in the dual formay version. |
