Especially from someone like De Bont who had his fingers burned with Speed 2:Snooze Control.

It’ll no doubt turn up on the Hmv prem range and I’ll probably buy it to remind myself how good the original was.

But what I do have, are a very particular set of skills. Skills I've acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for the people who slate my films like you. If you buy it now, that'll be the end of it. I'll not look for you. I'll not pursue you. But If you don't, I'll look for you. I'll find you and I'll kill you.After all I had a mortgage to pay back then as well.

I cracked after writing that and watched the trailer again after all that therapy ... years wasted.
