Cornerstone have just released House by the Cemetary , 04/01/10.
Im not sure about the other titles.

It should of been; as I'm guessing it will be a cut print as Cornerstone have been repeatedly raping the charred remains of VIPCO's corpse for the past few months... The sad thing is some poor sucker might buy it confusing it with the uncut Arrow release.

It's the exact same print as the Vipco release (with cuts to the poker murder/throat slashing).

How are Cornerstone able to release titles they don't own? I'm sure there's laws against things like that. Or am I missing something here?

I thought it was only possible with Public Domain films? Or is there a loop hole that allows different companies to release different cuts of the same film?

It's the Vipco/Cornerstone/23rd Century loophole. It basically means they can release whatever they feel like anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
