RobbieD which 2 disc set is it, because if it is the Grindhouse Releasing set then it is NOT uncut. to get the film uncut then buy the AWE Scandinavian release or the Dutch one.
Why did you say it´s not uncut?
It´´s because of the "Road to Hell" part?

I brought The Slayer under the label ''Beyond Terror'' from HMV a few weeks back.

When I saw it I thought as the film is not widely available I can upgrade my Vipco Vaults version, expecting a better quality print.

I was surprised to find myself watching an identical print but a vipco St disc.It was annoying to buy a duplicate in drag, and pure lazyness not to change the disc name as well as the artwork.

I like vipco, however with the new BT Range they have not put any of the films through resubmitance to my knowledge, merely repackaged the same crap and in some cases cut transfers. For the most part they would get through uncut now.

Mind you I think that for thoose new to the titles now get a chance to pick them up again.

HMV seems to be having a classic frenzy at the mo bringing in many nasties and exploitation classics from various labels back in,including the piss poor VHS to Dvd releases by video international which make vipco look like blu ray.

I have most the original vipco vaults on dvd (picture sleeves),however If anyone has Asylum and/or House of lost souls for sale give me a yell.

For those in or near Brighton 'HD2' store in St James Street currently have a fair whack of vipco both Vhs and dvd St and vaults

I'm sure I read somewhere that "Beyond Terror" releases are the same as the old Vipco ones.

There is a link between the 2 indeed.

After watching Bt's offerings and birds of prey.I have concluded we
Are not missing any great classics within this extended latest catalogue.

Going back to the ol Vip VHS labels I christen them.

BIRDS OF PREY
Vipco cult classic ''seagull shitter'

Offerings
Vipco cult classic
''boredom offerer'

Thats right Loop's. Mike Lee has been using Beyond Terror to put out the old VIPCO stuff. (according to Conerstone,)
I just hope if they decide to put out NOTD they submit it to the BBFC uncut.

I've been trying to the The Beyond for ages now but its alway's outta stock in my local HMV.
The BT titles do seem to sell well enough .
One thing though , the BT jacket covers are bleeding aweful.

I always hide them when I see them in stores. I'm protecting the general public from buying an expensive coaster.
