I used to have the old Apex VHS of Zombie Dead (titled Nights Of Terror) and it was abysmal. It was cut by over 13 mins (!) and almost every gore scene was missing.

Yes hilarious really. Whenever the zombies moved towards anyone the scene ended. Even the maid was last seen wailing out of the window and then - CUT.

I haven't seen the Vipco cut of Cannibal Ferox but that's probably more of a 15 than an 18.

Which scenes of violence were left in the film after 7m of cuts?

Very little. The most violent moment is the Indio getting stuck by the bobby trap. All violence towards Morgan is removed, all animal scenes except man eating butterfly and man eating fat bug. All blonde girls impalment scene gone, she gets her top pulled open and is never seen again.
You see spear run down Joe's body but nothing after that.
The shooting of the junkie at start is intact.

Its the Replay re release minis the 2s im reliably informed as correct or 6s as bbfc wrongly claim.
Might be some dialogue changes too.

Apparently it's the same print the BBFC once approved for cinema. The cuts seem to be around 6-7 mins though the exact length is debatable. The jerkiness of some of the cuts certainly indicate that more material was removed than the BBFC requested (often the case for editing reasons). I've only seen the uncut version so I can't fully compare the prints.

The further 6 secs (the muskrat banging against the jeep) were additional ones requested for the (pre-cut) 2000 Vipco submission.

Angel informed me the cut to that scene was 2s and after watching both versions (vipco/grindhouse) i'd agree with her.
I also have the Replay cut version which is the same as the VIPCO release with the exception of the muskrat jeep clip and im sure theres some dialogue change in the scene were Morgan and blonde talk after taking coke in bed just before they go to the Indio girl.
