The first release of Charade (the Cary Grant/Audrey Hepburn film). Just atrocious quality with a blue rinse that most pensioners could have worn.

I'll second that - the worst I've ever seen. It looked like someone had cleaned the film with a Brillo Pad.

The sound on Vipco's Nostril Picker was bad in parts sounded like the cast were being muffled with Solvent drenched rags.

Tartan's Bride of Re-Animator had a loud Hiss and the volume had to nearly go up to full even on the 42" tv set.

The picture was awful on many of the hardgore titles.
