Never read anything like that,actually I don't think Bill ever called his customers names unless they had unreasonable/ungrounded complaints,tried to "pull a fast one" or like recently hassled him constantly about the whereabouts of their order (after only a few days).

I know he did call so-called customers and trolls/detractors names though when they pestered him.

Maybe this comes across as like he's venting about all customers but he's not imo.

Managed to get a copy of Boardinghouse off ebay for a really decent price.
Also got more of my orders off Bill.
Fair play, they arrive really quick & are always packaged properly.

Shops down, hopefully more titles are being added!

I heard his brother mention on Blu-ray.com he was admitted to A&E, and they kept him in. Sad indeed, hope he gets better soon.

Especially as I was planning to order some titles on the 15th. I feel terrible saying this, but with the store down until he gets better, at least the titles I want won't sell out before I can afford them.

Just in case anyone was curious:
"Oh also if anyone is curious the refurbished stuff isnt bad at all. He prints up some art & the disc I got played great & I didnt notice any damage..."

CR store still down,no news about Bill (in the hospital or home?) but I guess no news is good news...I heard he was doing ok but needed some peace and quiet,the most important thing is that he recovers.

He seems to be plagued by pain for some time,I know he was is in accident last year but don't know if it's related.
