It sounds as though the German Blu-ray set includes one Blu-ray disc, which features both the theatrical and the unrated versions, as well as two DVDs; one of which features the theatrical version and the other which features the unrated version.

That's how I interpreted it too. It's a pricey set, but having the unrated version is a big plus... hopefully the quality is decent.

It's available over here:
D&T Mailorder Shop

From the info, it seems only the DVD in the box, is the unrated version.

I´ll try and find out more about this edition, and I'll let you know.

Cheers Steel.

Someone on Blu-ray.com mentioned that the uncut footage is only included separately in the extras... I've PMd BAKA as I'm pretty sure he owns the German version, so hopefully will be able to confirm.

That 's right. The Bluray only has the theatrical cut but the DVD is unrated. That 's why i did not buy it myself yet

Thanks for confirming, daniel.

It looks to me as if we won't be seeing the unrated cut in HD anytime soon - unless of course through some kind of seamless branching method where they splice in the additional SD scenes.

That would have been the best solution.
I'll probably get this set next month anyway since it's easier to get and cheaper for me. I can share more info then

New titles up for order at SAE.

I'll wait on someone else releasing them.

I'd have had something if there was anything I wanted there but none of those three they have are films I want.
