When I saw your post King, I was 99% certain it was bdc who had posted it.

Nice pick-ups.

Very nice haul King!
I hope you'll enjoy them.

Btw did Long Ride From Hell ship?
Because that's officially oop now...

Those Maria doubles are excellent value for money imho.

My Scream/Barn hasn't shipped yet though...

It hasn't, four have bar Scream/Barn.

I placed the order for all six with PlanetAxel. Hopefully they'll be able to source Long Ride, fingers crossed.

But on a good note, this is winging it's way to me....

Finished watching (The) Haunted and I must say it got a very good dvd release from CR.
Not really a horror film but there are some supernatural goings-on (or maybe not?).
A very strange film that I enjoyed watching though.

There's also an interview with Jim Negele (who tells us more about the film and his co-stars) included.

Love Me Deadly trailer.

"In the 1970s, a decade when it seemed every cinematic taboo had been broken, LOVE ME DEADLY was the only horror film to tackle necrophilia as its main focus, years before the German-made NEKROMANTIK ushered the subject into the video age. Little seen throughout the years (except for those who rented the big-boxed VHS tape from “ma and pa” rental shops back in the 1980s), the film was to be released on DVD by Grindhouse saviors Code Red..." Just watched The Killer Likes Candy (1968).
Kerwin Matthews is a US top agent (nick-named Angel Face!) who must stop assassination attempts on a foreign king by a hired killer.
This one's a lot of fun if you like the genre,as we get some really nice locations (for instance Bomarzo - The park of Monsters),professional camera work (which must have looked stunning in it's original scope format),a great soundtrack (Gianni Marchetti),some nice action but also some funny bits AND Gordon Mitchell as one of the baddies!
I've searched the net but this doesn't seem to have been released in a widescreen version on dvd (or vhs?) anywhere so Code Red's "slightly-less-fantastic-but-equally-welcomed fullscreen version" (Double O Section) will have to do for now.
Seems the licensor only could supply a tape master.
