Isn't 'Zombiez' using the poster art for 'I Eat Your Skin'?

I guess it's the same film but re-titled... or a different film that is using the same artwork!

The Night of the Living Dead parody sounds hilariously bad too!

My 2 BDs came today - took less than a week from ordering them and turned up in great condition with the discs secured as I requested. Looking forward to watching them and seeing what else CR have in store BD-wise.

Sadly I don't think they're parodies, they look like the actual films, public domain prints with all sorts of stupid editing done with them.

In the product description it lists it as being directed by Geroge A Romero

Oh dear.

In that case, why bother? Who in their right mind will be these (except completists).

They sound quite amusing really.

I can't possibly picture NOTLD and I Eat Your Skin cropped to 2:35:1 and colorized.

But yeah, it does not sound like a serious purchase, more of a joke release. Might be why it's about $13

NIGHT OF THE LIVIN' DEAZ UNRATED/2.35:1

George Romero directs this cult classic! The radiation from a fallen satellite might have caused the recently deceased to rise from the grave and seek the living to use as grub. This is the situation that a group of losers penned up in an old farmhouse must deal with. Racial tension escalates as African-American brother Duane Jones tries to tell everyone what to do, and one honky (Karl Hardman) doesn’t want to listen. Code Red is proud to present this classic motion picture in the euro-cut in 2.35:1 Letterbox as many Asian countries viewed it that way. To add some creativity, we did a tribute to Al Adamson by adding color dimension to this historical release.

ZOMBIEZ (aka I EAT YOUR SKIN) PG/ 2.35:1

A bunch of groovy white cancer researchers partying on a remote Caribbean island discover that by treating the black natives with snake venom, they can turn them into egg-eyed zombies with attitude. Soon, they have an army of the soulless brother creatures in order to conquer the world!! Zombies never got as lame as in this 1964 movie that is so intense that it was not released to the theatres until 1971. Now it has become a cult classic since it's on tons of vhs/dvd releases from public domain companies. Code Red is proud to present this motion picture in the euro-cut in 2.35:1 Letterbox as many Asian countries viewed it that way. Too add some creativity, we did a tribute to Al Adamson by adding color dimension to this historical release.

BOTH SHOWN IN LOLLIPOP COVERMATION

I've ordered from Bill a good few times in the past and the relevant releases have always arrived fine without too long a wait. I can't help getting worried about the JBD BR i'm hanging on for though.

I wouldn't panic yet.

Bill mentioned he could only pack and ship (which means going to the post office with the packages in the case of international orders) a certain amount each day.
Cheers for the reassuring words, Bruno.

I believe Bill mentioned he's had a multitude of orders go missing in the post recently. Possibly due to theft.

I just hope my JBD order isn't one of 'em.

He wouldn't happen to share a name with an old Radio 1 DJ with the last name of Brookes would he?
