What box sets of this company do you own, I own the 50 horror classics but im thinking of upgrading to the 100 one. I know most are public domain films but there is some classics in them - Night Of The Living Dead, White Zombie, Last Man On Earth and Nosferatu to name a few.

So disguss away

Drive-in cult classics volumes 1-4

All very entertaining films from the 70's and 80's. Choc full of violence, sex, nudity, psychos, bikers.

Pretty much all have decent prints which is a bonus.

Also have -After Dark thrillers, and the Explosive Cinema collection.

i have the Apocalypse 20 movie boxset and out of the 20 i'd say only 3 are watchable. Stay away from their print of Last Man On Earth as it's shockingly bad.
Not really got a good word to say about them sorry.

I have the Too Cool For School collection. I had a quick flick through one of the movies and too be honest it looked perfectly watchable, despite being an obvious straight VHS to DVD transfer. At 4 quid for 12 movies I don't feel ripped off, and may pick up another one or two to see what they are like. I have to say though it must be the cheapest packaging I have ever seen , but at least the box art is well done. I'm guessing most of the films in these sets won't be readily available elsewhere ...

most of the films are public domain titles, which is cool is suppose and i am really tempted by some of their other sets but after the experience with the Apocalypse set, im a bit weary of buying them.

I think Mill Creek only re-issued 1-3?
4 should be the original set from BCI.

I don't own any box sets from them, only this:

Gamera Double Feature -- Blu-ray

I have the decrepit crypt of nighmares set. They were originally released by Pendulum pictures.

Most have been released individually on the Braindamage label.
