'Slow Dancing in the Big City' (1978) - Coming soon to Blu-ray from Scorpion Releasing "The film stars Paul Sorvino as an aging out of shape reporter who falls in love with the beautiful but sickly ballerina Anne Ditchburn. The film was directed by the infamous John G. Avildsen who directed multiple Rocky and Karate Kid films. The release will feature a brand new 4K scan of the Interpositive with bonus features that include interviews with composer Bill Conti (Rocky) and co-star Nicolas Coster. While this may not be everyone's cup of tea, this particular film actually was given two thumbs up by Siskel and Ebert and is a personal favorite of Walt Olsen. We hope that this release will find a new generation of fans as it's been out of circulation for years."

Featuring the directorial debut of Ralph Bakshi (Wizards, The Lord of the Rings, Fire and Ice), the film revolves around a college student cat named Fritz (created by the iconic Robert Crumb) and a cast of other quirky characters engaging in sex, drugs, and other profane debauchery. Fritz the Cat makes it's Blu-ray debut later this year. Stay tuned for more updates by following us, Scorpion and Kino Lorber!”"
