I don't think I'll order from the site again. Although having said that I did pre-order both versions of The Thing because, for once, the price was lower than anywhere else.

If it's any help, I pre-ordered The Burning steely direct from them and did actually get it before release day - it is pretty much hit & miss though. The bonus is that you get points to spend on new releases meaning you can get stuff for free if you plan it out.
