I know it's very short, but could it be the Georges Méliès silent A Trip to the Moon? That had a limited edition release in North America five years ago but, as far as I know, hasn't had a high definition release in the UK. Because of its fairly brief running time, it could be part of a Georges Méliès boxset.

It's easily the cheapest flimsiest piece of packaging I've ever seen in a release . The slightest bit of weight on it and one of the spines crumples. At least the other spine is identical so you can flip it around and still display it. Got a refund from Amazon for it and ordered the Nation release rather than trying my luck again with Cosmo and almost certainly getting another dud.
