Bill from Code Red has mentioned on a few occasions that all that remains of The Slayer in terms of usable elements is a tape master making a Blu-ray very unlikely to come from anyone ever. I think he holds the rights himself too in the US making an Arrow release even more unlikely considering they wouldn't be able to release it dual territory.

When it comes to Bill though who knows where the fiction ends and the facts begin!

He said the same about The Mutilator which is why he sat on it for so long and then Arrow got a hold of it and put out a beautiful edition in a year. Bill just takes what is given to him and often doesn't go the whole way towards finding anything better because he doesn't have the time or money sadly

Brain Damage is heavily rumoured so I'm sure it will be that.

Braindead would be a stretch, I'm sure I've heard things about Peter Jackson doing his own restorations (i might have made that up), it was also with Universal, I don't know if they license films out?

Brain Damage is actually 'on brand' for Arrow Video it's almost certainly that.

Both are very likely candidates. I would love it to be Christopher Guest's Best in Show, a superb movie.
