True. It seems many don't wish fancy packaging and just ask for a standard amaray.

Don't get me wrong I want the whole package to be of quality but sometimes it does feel like some prioritise the box over the contents. Obviously each to their own.

I haven't watched it yet. It says it's a 4k restoration so I imagine it will be special.

As for the packaging I really think that Arrow have set the benchmark with their Argento special editions like Phenomena and Bird with the Crystal Plumage. That is what the premium films should be aiming for in my opinion - especially is Arrow can do that for the more obscure films in his filmography and the company that holds onto the rights for arguably his best film come out with a flimsy effort.

on the Hammer Horror on Blu ray FB page there's speculation that there will be a new release of Horror Express on the horizon with better source material than the Severin release. no word on how imminent this is. Some of the posters seem to think it will be an Arrow release which is why i've posted the info here.
