I'm looking a 'Der Todesking' now, and it seems P&P for that title on it's own is actually 85p, but it seems that must be cash - you can't use bonus points for P&P, which is a shame

Is it just me or are Arrow overdosing on Eastern - Chinese and Japanese films? The last few rounds of announcements have been very heavy on this particular genre are they once again competing with 88?

Certainly looks like it, like when they started bringing slashers out again once 88 had their line up and running

Lol! Not really interested in the Asian stuff as it was never a favourite genre (?) of mine.
I would however be interested if they did stuff like Bunman, Mr Vampire, A Chinese Ghost Story or Evil Dead Trap, all of which eluded me in the vhs/film fair days, at least the Story of Riki has a release now!

Fassbinder's 'In A Year Of 13 Moons' springs to mind

I searched for the image on Google and you are right – it is Venus. The obvious conclusion would be one of the Venus in Furs adaptations, either the 2013 film directed by Roman Polanski, Massimo Dallamano's 1969 version (previously released by Shameless), or Seduction: The Cruel Woman, the 1985 German film by Elfi Mikesch and Monika Treut.
