yes they used too, but demons was packed in a box padded with foam, so i think they must be trying too improve or they had so many complaints they have had to change

All Zavvi steelies that I've had have been packed this way, as far as I know they've always done it, only steelie I've had come in a Jiffy was from a comp prize online, so not a shop.

I only stopped ordering from them because they weren't as cheap as Sainsburys

i think it was king of new york steelbook that came in a jiffy bag, but thats the only steelbook i had ordered from them apart from demons and basket case which even though i had pre-ordered as soon it came up, i was still waiting two weeks later for them to dispatch.

I've had loads of recent steelies from Zavvi, all were received within 3-4 days and well packed.

In saying that Sainsbury's are far cheaper for the non exclusives and also pack them well these days

It's not sold out. It isn't live yet. Zavvi always put sold out when they first put it on the site. Then remove the sold out when it goes live.
