I can't find anywhere to update my payment info. And there's no info about my City of the Living Dead order in the order history. So I guess they ****ing ripped me off!!

That sounds like it could have been a phishing email. I hope you didn't click the link in the message and went to the Arrow site via other methods. You could have given your bank details or CC numbers to anyone.

No, and I payed using Paypal.

I checked the official Arrow site, and my order is gone...

Edit: It now says failed, about my order. Thought I had used Paypal for this order, but I was wrong. But I know that the money was drawn from my account. This seems to have happened to a lot of people.
Sure hope my money hasn't gone anywhere else...

Not the second part though.

I just checked my mail, and I got a confirmation about the City of the Living Dead order. So they messed up.

I suppose the first thing is to politely email them and see how they respond.
