Don't get me wrong mate,MBV is one of my faves, but Savini's knife through the nut just edges it for me.

That is a great kill but think it is because i watched it more than The Prowler, it would be another film i may warm up to

It's a bit of a coin flip for me – my favourite is generally the one I've seen most recently!

Me too, but it may edge to MBV with the uncut kills fully integrated and in good condition. I haven't bought the US release so LE would be welcome.

Either film is a fave of mine. I'll be tempted to buy a limited edition of either.

Whereas Elm St that was also mentioned. I couldn't care less about.

Actually Elm St isn't likely as there's a new HMV exclusive set just about to be released.

It would be cool if Arrow were to release a massive F13 box set as Shout have done Stateside.

When i think of the "biggest slasher films of the 80s" half the titles mentioned don't even come to mind. I'd be thinking of something even the average joe would be semi-familiar with.
Though I've no idea what. Origin Friday 13th is a Warner title surely not going to Arrow.

Might not be a great seller as everyone who wants it will already have the limited edition from Exposure Cinema from a few years back. They would be hoping on everyone double dipping on films already released in decent UK editions.

Plus Stagefright is hardly a big slasher film.
