Ok, confession time...I thought Southland Tales was that horror anthology film, so I was pretty excited.
What am I thinking of? 'Southbound' Tales??

I wonder if Arrow have the rights to the Tartan Library, Verses and now JSA

Don’t forget Oldboy, Audition and Re-animator, all released by Tartan on DVD

Arrow have just announced re-releases of stuff people already have....

Everyone on Cult Labs most likely owns a copy of The Hitcher....

Let's all watch The Hitcher!

There are loads of Tartan films already released by Arrow, the Ring films, the One Missed Call films, the Miike 'Black Society Trilogy' films, loads of Herschell Gordon Lewis films, there are even more but I can't think of them...

There’s whispers that Indicator have ‘Irreversible’. So many old Tartan releases are in need of an upgrade. ‘Dobermann’ would be welcomed too.

I think they said on their twitter page they are releasing it. Dobermann would definitely be welcome as you say. The French dvd had loads of extras but with no English subtitles so I'd definitely be in for that.
