Let me tell you a story about the Zavvi 'customer care'

I preordered an Under The Skin Steelbook.When I saw it no longer appeared on my orders,and said SOLD OUT I contacted them and got the 'Sorry we were unable to fufill' bullshit message.

So it was off to ebay scalper land.

This particular scalper had EIGHT available on preorder at £25 above the RRP.

So when it arrived it had been sent directly from Zavvi-wtf?

So this scalper had preordered and paid for 8 copies and anyone stupid enough like me who then prordered it from himwas ripped.
Ouch.

On contacting him his attitude was 'If you aren't happy,why did you pay the price?
Price wasn't the issue.The issue was that he had made 25 quid for typing in my address to Zavvi's website.
On giving him some dogs abuse,he reported me to ebay and I recieved a conduct warning.....

Zavvi have feck all morals I'm afraid.....

That’s shocking ,

I’ve never ordered a single thing of zavvi , tbh I rarely ever been on the site,
I buy all my stuff from ppl online , car boots , eBay, charity shops etc Etc etc, eBay and music magpie are practically only 2 online sites I use, but then again I don’t buy as many as some of you lot .
