Here’s my latest message to them.....let’s see what shite we get back this time..... When are my (Paid for months ago) DEEP RED LTD ED’s shipping? According to your previous emails,those who preordered up front and paid had nothing to worry about...... Don’t want one of your automated/copy and pasted replies either please. The two i ordered from the sale on Monday have arrived. The Thing and Blood and Black Lace. It's their customer care that is a ****ing shambles and that's way more important to me than something arriving a couple of days from ordering. The Reaper Man@Cult Labs likes this. |

I'm waiting for the Arrow shop to ship my Deep Red 4K UHD as well. Counting myself lucky that I didn't pay upfront and just had to place a new order after the previous one was cancelled. This recent Arrow shop shenanigans has been enough to dissuade me from using it again. I'll very probably choose a different source the next time that they put out an Argento 4K UHD.

They finally said both my Deep Red's were shipped yesterday-after I'd sent them another three messages,no shipping confirmation email. Bottom of the barrell service.....

Hmmm. I was assuming that I would get a shipping email. Just logged in to discover that the 4K of Deep Red has actually shipped. My wife and I are saving it for a Halloween viewing so I won't see it for a while. Really looking forward to checking out the improved colours. Whilst there, I did actually use their site for another order. Saw that the Long Good Friday blu-ray was only a fiver and since I had some reward points, I'm only having to pay the two pounds postage fee. Quite pleased to pay just that for the film.
