Anyone else having problems logging into the new Arrow site? It won't recognise my email and password.

Yeah, just tried logging in and it says that my email and password are wrong :confused:

Edit: When I click on forgot password (which I haven't) and add my email address it says "not recognised", guess it means we need to register again, which is odd

Just registered again and received 100 reward points for my trouble, can't find any info on what these are or can be used for though

Ok I've also registered, but my pre order of Rabid Dogs has vanished from my order history.

I've nothing on order with them at the minute. I'd fire them an email, they should have a record of you paying for it :nod:

I had to re-register when I tried to order yesterday.

They're really quick to respond to email queries , btw. I had one yesterday and it was responded to within a couple of hours :)

I emailed Nicole earlier today about not been able to login and she needed my worldpay transaction code, which I couldn't access at work. Is this another Arrow foul up? When the site was upgraded shouldn't everyones accounts and orders have migrated over?

Im not even getting an opition to log in just sign up.
