Arrow have posted on facebook about the sad passing of Bob Hoskins and mentioned they will be looking to put some sort of tribute on their upcoming releases of The Long Good Friday and Mona Lisa.

I didn't know they were releasing those two excellent films, but it's fitting that they should put a tribute about such a great actor on the discs.

No its the first I've heard of it Nos. Two films I've not seen yet so I'll be picking those up. I'm guessing Hoskins passing triggered the announcement earlier than they might have otherwise revealed it.

That makes sense. Like you, I'll definitely buy them because they are terrific films – The Long Good Friday is, along with Get Carter, the greatest British gangster film.
