Yes, but those discounts added up when you were ordering half a dozen things at the same time!

Suppose so. I don't pre order much and very rarely more than one item at a time.
It would take a bigger discount than two quid to sway me I'm afraid. Particularly when Arrow have before now put stuff in sales with up to 50% off only a matter of weeks after release.

I thought Arrow were fixing the glitch on the Harmony of Horror featurette on Theatre of Blood? So why the f*ck did I get a faulty disc with this glitch present on this featurette? I thought Arrow were recalling the discs and supplying places like Amazon with the corrected disc?

Anyone have any idea how to get a replacement?

***THE ‘BURBS RELEASE DATE CHANGE***
We are very sorry to announce that the release date for The ‘Burbs will have to be pushed back to August 25th.
We have had to push the date back to August due to our work on the brand new restoration and also due to the fact that we are working hard on some brand new and exclusive extras.
The new restoration will be performed from original vault elements held by Universal and this will be carried out in participation with Joe Dante. Mr Dante is also helping us secure some very exclusive extra content which has never been seen before including deleted and alternate scenes. As we lock everything down we will be announcing the full specs closer to the time, which should ensure this is the definitive version of The ‘Burbs!
Once again we are really sorry to have to push back the date for this much anticipated title but are very confident that it will be very much worth the wait!

It it's getting silly now,it makes sense for them to announce a release date AFTER they are 100% sure something hasn't gone tits up or glitches are present.

And this is a big reason I don't like buying from arrow unless it's a sale, would be ok if they didn't take money till dispatch but to pay for something and then it could be delayed for months. At the moment it's seems every other release is getting delayed. Have to agree with gold better given a realease date when they are 110% certain it has no problems

I've just pre-ordered Rabid Dogs from Zavvi, using points and their 10% off pre-order code, worked out at £11, bit cheaper than on the Arrow site!

Noticed a couple of things a little cheaper on zavvi with the code, think Phibes boxset and stray cat rock. The price for arrow stuff on amazon is disgusting.
