I'm not happy about it either, plus there is even less reason for me to shell out 70 quid for the boxset.

Not if they are going to be released in Amaray boxes with the 'exclusive book' content inside as booklets. I don't have anywhere to put a box that size anyway.

Are points fixed for sale items then?

Not for me, They are charging the normal amount of points for none sale items (so no change there) but when i try to use my points on sale items they are suddenly worth a lot less.

Edit:

Seems to be sale items only, 1000 points gets me £10.01 off a none sale item.

Eek.

Nos check your confirmation e-mail, you might have spent more points than you should have. I'm sure if you contact them they'll refund you. For me it lists 2199 points to buy the set, which is £21.99 not the £12.99 the set is reduced too.

It would be better to use cash for the sale items and use the points owned/earned for full priced pre orders and such. But im sure its either a glitch or after the sale they will return to full value.

Maybe you just cant use them at full value against sale items.

Me too. The number of things that have been unecessarily reissued in steelbooks it seems stupid not to release the rest of the Corman/Poe adaptations in them.

They've said on fb that the book in the boxset will contain material unique to the boxset.
